I grew up in Bradenton/Sarasota for most of my life. After completing high school I joined the U.S. army as an infantryman. I did a one year tour in Iraq and several hurricane disater reliefs efforts in the state of Florida. I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and San Jose, Costa Rica where I learned the Spanish language. I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor degree in Business Management and a minor in Spanish.
I cannot explain how speaking a second language is so advantageous in either a professional setting or in a personal manner. I have built many relations through my knowledge of speaking a second language, as well as grew by experiencing other cultures in Latin America.
